Solar Installation:

We install solar to caravans using only high quality components so that the set up lasts for many years to come. While the overall cost of a solar installation can vary between caravan and the desired specifications/use of the solar system, the typical installation tends to cost around $1500.00 including GST. 

This includes the price of the following parts: 160w Solar Panel, Solar Charge Controller, Solar Panel Mounting Brackets, Cable Entry Bracket, Sikaflex 252I Adhesive, Fuse Holders, Fuses, Solar Wire Cable and other small items such as screws, electrical connectors etc. Along with these parts there is around six hours of labour involved for the installation.

Please note that what is listed above is the basic set up only. Additional costs apply if a new deep cycle solar battery is required, a second panel to produce more power or an inverter to allow you to use 240v appliances.

Fresh Water Tank Installation:

We commonly install a freshwater tank to UK caravans so that you always have water with you without having to set up your water barrel outside. We tend to install either a 45L or 75L plastic water tank in one of the caravans bench seats so that the tank can be filled up from the outside. The tanks have got a drain valve and can also be cleaned out if necessary through the large tank opening lid on the top. We usually leave the original system in place and install the new tank so that you can choose which system you want to use and have double the water capacity. 

The typical fresh water tank installation tends to cost around $1400.00 including GST. 

This includes the price of the following parts: 45 Litre Fresh Water Tank, Water Infill Cap, Submersible Water Pump, Water Hoses, Drain Valve and various plumbing connections. Along with these parts there are around six hours of labour involved for the installation. 

Motor Movers Installation:

When we install motor movers to caravans we tend to fit the reliable Elite 2 Motor Movers from Camec. The Elite 2 Motor Movers offer a various amount of advantages such as soft start and stop motions. The overall cost to have motor movers fitted varies between caravans however for a basic installation the cost is around $3500.00 including GST. This includes the price of the Camec Elite 2 Motor Movers as well as other small parts required for the installation. Along with these parts there is around seven hours of labour involved for the installation.

Please note that what is listed above is for a basic set up only. Additional costs apply if a new or larger deep cycle battery is required to power the motor movers or you chose to have a higher specification motor mover installed.

When we install a SOG door kit to your toilet the cost will tend to be around $700.00 including GST. This includes the price of a SOG door kit and around two hours of labour for the complete installation of the kit.

Please note that this is only an estimate for the installation of a SOG door kit. For SOG II floor kits and SOG roof kits there can be additional labour and part costs (for additional pipe and tubing) involved depending on the installation location of the kit in the vehicle.

Automatic Satellite Dome Installation:

If you would like to watch television in your caravan the easy way then look no further with a automatic satellite dish installation. The overall cost for an automatic satellite dome installation varies between caravans however for a basic installation the cost is around $2500.00 including GST. This includes the price of the King Quest fully automatic satellite dish, Single Cable Entry Housing, Sikaflex 252i Adhesive and other small parts such as screws and cable holders. Along with these parts there is around four hours of labour involved for the installation.

We also install the 65cm NZSAT fully automatic satellite dish and there the cost is around $3500.00 including GST.

Please note that what is listed above is for a basic set up only. Additional costs can apply for certain factors such as if a new TV is also required to be installed or if you have an existing dish that needs to be removed and the hole sealed off with a blanking plate.
