Shipping Policy

Orders placed through our website’s online shop can only be sent to New Zealand Urban/Rural addresses by selecting the appropriate shipping option. Depending on the item we may also be able to ship overseas, please email us to enquire for overseas shipping.

We only ship to physical addresses only. We cannot ship to PO boxes or post bags.

We send all our standard orders with Aramex couriers straight to your door. Extra-large items which cannot be sent by Aramex will be sent by Mainfreight Transport instead.

Estimated Delivery is 1-2 days to South Island addresses and 2-4 days to North Island addresses. Rural addresses may take 1 or 2 extra days longer for delivery. Please note that this is an estimate only made by good faith by Moutere Caravans LTD and that courier demand may change these estimated delivery times.

Orders are dispatched from Moutere Caravans on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday only. Please note that Public holidays etc. can affect these dispatch days.

We always aim to have orders dispatched as soon as possible and try to aim for same day dispatch if possible.

Freight costs:

Freight costs are calculated in the checkout process once you have entered in your delivery address. Please note that freight costs vary depending on the weight/size of the items purchased, the location of the delivery address (eg. Nelson, South Island or North Island) and whether or not the delivery address is Urban or Rural.
